Defect Summary:	THE STUB ENDS OF THE AXLE HOUSING MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY MANUFACTURED TO SPECIFICATIONS. THESE STUBS WOULD BE OF INADEQUATE STRENGTH AND COULD FRACTURE. COMPLETE FRACTURE WOULD CAUSE THE FRONT WHEEL, HUB, AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY TO DETACH FROM THE AXLE.
