Defect Summary:	THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY CONTAIN AN AXLE WHICH HAS A DEFECT IN THE RADIUS OF THE DROP. THIS AXLE MAY HAVE BECOME DEFECTIVE WHEN A MACHINE CUT WAS MADE INTO A CASTING, FORMING THE DROP CHARACTERISTIC OF THE AXLE. THIS MACHINE CUT COULD CAUSE THE AXLE TO BREAK.
