LOAD REQUIREMENT, ADDITIONAL TESTING CONFIRMED THAT THE ANCHOR COULD FAIL, ALLOWING EITHER THE ANCHOR TO SLIP OVER THE HOLD-DOWN NUT OR THE ANCHOR TO SEPARATE INTO TWO PIECES.
