Defect Summary:	ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES, THE ACCELERATOR CABLE MAY HAVE AN OVERLY LONG PLASTIC SLEEVE AT ITS CARBURETOR END. THIS COULD ALLOW THE SLEEVE TO BECOME STUCK IN THE END-FITTING WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS PRESSED TO THE FLOOR. THIS WOULD CAUSE THE THROTTLE TO STICK IN THE OPEN POSITION.
