THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CLUTCH PEDAL BRACKET COULD PERMIT REARWARD DISPLACEMENT OF STEERING CONTROL INTO PASSENGER COMPARTMENT IN EXCESS OF THAT ALLOWABLE BY THE STANDARD DURING THE 30 MPH BARRIER CRASH TEST.
