BRAKES MAY BE NOT PERFORM ADEQUATELY ON LONG DOWNGRADES OR DUE TO HEAVY APPLICATIONS OF AIR WHEN THE VEHICLE IS BROUGHT TO A STOP FROM HIGH SPEEDS.
