Consequence Summary:	CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THE DRIVER COULD INADVERTANTLY DEPRESS BOTH PEDALS AT ONE TIME, LOSE CONTROL, AND HAVE AN ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:	DEALER WILL INSTALL A BRAKE PEDAL PLATE WHICH WILL RAISE THE BRAKE PEDAL TO THE PROPER HEIGHT.
