Defect Summary:	THE SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY MAY CONTAIN THE WRONG TYPE OF LOCK NUT AT THE ATTACHMENT TO THE DRIVER"S SEAT. THIS CAN ALLOW THE LOCK NUT AND SEAT BELT TO SEPARATE UNDER NORMAL VEHICLE VIBRATION OR FROM FORCE EXERTED BY THE WEARER.
