Defect Summary:	THE WHEEL HUB NUTS ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ADEQUATELY STAKED TO THE WHEEL SPINDLE. AS A RESULT, THE STAKED NUTS MAY LOOSEN WITH LOSS OF CLAMPING LOAD ON THE FRONT WHEEL BEARING AND LOOSENING OF FRONT WHEELS.
