DUE TO THE USE OF A LOAD PROPORTIONING VALVE IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM, THE BRAKE ACTIVATION AND RELEASE TIME IN AN UNLOADED CONDITION, MAY NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. IN ADDITION, A DOUBLE CHECK VALVE REQUIRED ON A TWO AIR TANK SYSTEM WAS INADVERTENTLY OMITTED.

Corrective Summary:	THE LOAD PROPORTIONING VALVE WILL BE REMOVED AND THE SYSTEM WILL BE "REPLUMBED" IN ORDER TO MEET SAFETY STANDARD REQUIREMENTS.
