Defect Summary:	A CASTING DEFICIENCY IN THE REAR AXLE FRONT SPRING HANGER MAY RESULT IN CRACKS AROUND THE FOUR BOLTS THAT HOLD THE HANGER TO THE FRAME. THIS MAY CAUSE A FAILURE OF THE SPRING HANGER AND SEPARATION OF CASTING AND FRAME. CONTINUED OPERATION COULD RESULT IN THE BUS BODY DROPPING DOWN ONTO THE TIRE.

Corrective Summary:	DEFECTIVE SPRING HANGERS WILL BE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
