Defect Summary:	THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS THAT UNDER HIGH AMBIENT/UNDERHOOD TEMPERATURES, A CHEMICAL ACTION MAY TAKE PLACE BETWEEN ANY WATER CONTENT IN THE BRAKE FLUID AND THE BRAKE SPRING IN THE MASTER CYLINDER SECONDARY PISTON CHAMBER. AS A RESULT OF THIS CHEMICAL ACTION, A GAS DEVELOPS (HYDROGEN) WHICH DISPLACES THE BRAKE FLUID CAUSING A PROGRESSIVE INCREASE IN BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER PISTON TRAVEL WITH SUBSEQUENT DECREASE IN THE EFFICIENCY OF THE REAR BRAKING SYSTEM.

Corrective Summary:	THE DEALER WILL REPLACE THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES AT NO CHARGE TO OWNER.
