Defect Summary:	THE BRAKES ARE OPERATED WITH VACUUM ASSISTANCE. THE VACUUM RESERVOIR TANK MAY DEVELOP AIR LEAKS FROM RUST DETERIORATION. THE RUST OCCURS BECAUSE THE POSITION OF THE TANK DOES NOT ALLOW PROPER DRAINAGE.
Consequence Summary:
Corrective Summary:	REPLACE RESERVOIR WITH A NEW TANK IF NECESSARY. IN ADDITION, A PROTECTIVE COVER WILL BE PLACED OVER THE BOTTOM OF TANK TO PREVENT RUST FROM OCCURING.
