Defect Summary:	THE HEX NUTS FASTENED TO THE SPRING U-BOLTS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ADEQUATELY TIGHTENED AT THE TIME OF VEHICLE MANUFACTURE. THIS COULD LEAD TO A FAILURE OR BREAKAGE OF THE SPRING WHICH WOULD ALLOW THE AXLE TO SLIP FROM THE PROPER POSITION.
