Defect Summary:	THE PITMAN ARM RETAINING BOLT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED TO THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS DUE TO A DESIGN CHANGE. INADEQUATE RETENTION OF THE BOLT TO THE OUTPUT SHAFT COULD ALLOW THE PITMAN ARM TO LOOSEN.
