Defect Summary:	A MATERIAL PROBLEM EXISTS IN THE STEEL FROM WHICH THE AXLE SPINDLES WERE MADE. AS A RESULT, THE SPINDLES MAY HAVE A TENDENCY TO FRACTURE WHEN SUBJECTED TO REPEATED JOLTS OR STRESS. THESE JOLTS OR CONTINUED STRESS MAY CAUSE THE WHEEL AND TIRE TO DETACH FROM THE TRAILER.
