Defect Summary:	ON CERTAIN VEHICLES, A LOCKNUT ON A BOLT HOLDING THE BRAKE PEDAL LEVER TO THE BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED ENOUGH TO ENGAGE THE LOCKING MECHANISM OF THE NUT. THIS NUT COULD VIBRATE LOOSE, AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WOULD NO LONGER FUNCTION.

Corrective Summary:	THE NUT WILL BE INSPECTED AND TIGHTENED, IF NECESSARY, TO ENSURE PROPER ENGAGEMENT OF LOCKING MECHANISM OF THE NUT.
