Corrective Summary:	THE INADEQUATE BOLT WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE PROPER 7/16 INCH BOLT AND LOCK NUT, AND THE PROPER TORQUE OF 60-65 FT/LBS WILL BE APPLIED.
