Defect Summary:	A SPRING LEAF MAY FRACTURE THROUGH THE CENTER HOLE SECTION. THIS OCCURS DUE TO LOOSENING OF THE SPRING-TO-AXLE MOUNTING ATTACHMENT FOLLOWING EXTREME FLEXING OF THE SPRING LEAVES. THIS KIND OF FRACTURE MAKES THE REMAINING TWO LEAVES VULNERABLE TO PROGRESSIVE FRACTURE.
