CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THE REDUCED HOLDING CAPABILITY OF THE PARKING BRAKE COULD ALLOW AN UNATTENDED TRUCK TO ROLL AWAY UNCONTROLLED, WHICH MAY LEAD TO AN ACCIDENT.
