CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: AMBER COLOR SIGNALS INDICATE A WARNING TO OTHER MOTORISTS, HOWEVER A CLEAR/WHITE SIGNAL MAY NOT BE TAKEN AS A WARNING SIGNAL WHICH MAY CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
