Defect Summary:	THE BRASS FITTING ON ONE END OF THE LOW PRESSURE LP GAS HOSE COULD BE INADEQUATELY CRIMPED TO THE HOSE ALLOWING GAS TO LEAK. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: A LEAK COULD DEVELOP IN THE LP GAS SYSTEM WITH POTENTIAL FOR EXPLOSION AND/OR FIRE. NOTE: OWNERS SHOULD SHUT OFF THE LP SUPPLY AT THE TANK AND NOT USE THE LP SYSTEM UNTIL THE CORRECTIVE ACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
