Consequence Summary:	FAILURE OF THE STEERING BRACKETS CAN LEAD TO LOSS OFVEHICLE CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
Corrective Summary:	INSTALL NEW REDESIGNED STEERING COLUMN MOUNTING BRACKETS.
