Consequence Summary:	A DIRECT SHORT COULD OCCUR BETWEEN THE UNPROTECTEDBATTERY CABLE WIRE AND METAL TRANSMISSION COOLER LINE CREATING THE POSSIBILITYOF AN ENGINE COMPARTMENT FIRE.
Corrective Summary:	REMOVE THE BATTERY CABLE FROM THE TRANSMISSION LINE AND REFASTEN IT TO ANOTHER SECURE LOCATION.
