Consequence Summary:	DAMAGE TO BELT WEBBING COULD WEAKEN BELTS TO POINT OFFAILURE INCREASING RISK OF INJURY IN AN ACCIDENT OR A SUDDEN STOP.
Corrective Summary:	INSTALL PLASTIC PIVOT COVER; REPLACE BELTS AS NECESSARY.
