Consequence Summary:	SEPARATION OF ACCELERATOR LINKAGE AND RETURN SPRINGSCOULD OCCUR, CAUSING THE TIME FOR THE ENGINE TO RETURN TO IDLE FROM AN OPENTHROTTLE POSITION TO SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASE.
