CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: BREAKAGE OF THE LUG BOLTS ALLOWING THE SPARE WHEEL TO FALL TO THE ROAD WAY WILL CREATE A ROAD HAZARD FOR OTHER VEHICLES.
