Consequence Summary:	BOLTS MAY LOOSEN AND EVENTUALLY SEPARATION OF THE BELTASSEMBLY FOR THE MOUNTING BRACKET COULD OCCUR. IN AN SUDDEN PANIC STOP THEPASSENGER WOULD NOT BE RESTRAINT AND POSSIBLE INJURY WOULD RESULT.
