Consequence Summary:	LUG NUTS COULD LOOSEN, ALLOWING THE WHEEL TO SEPARATEFROM THE HUB, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:	REPLACE DECORATIVE AXLE COVERS WITH COVERS WHICH HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY MANUFACTURED.
