Defect Summary:	THE SHOULDER STRAPS AND ASSEMBLY DO NOT FIT A CHILD SNUGLY, LEADING TO THE POSSIBILITY THAT A CHILD COULD TRAVEL TOO FAR FORWARD IN A CRASH. THIS CAUSES THE CHILD SEAT TO FAIL THE HEAD AND KNEE EXCURSION REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THE CHILD SITTING ON THE AFFECTED CHILD SEAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO LESS PROTECTION DUE TO THE SEAT TRAVEL MOVEMENT IN A CRASH.
