Consequence Summary:	INSUFFICIENT WINDSHIELD WIPER PERFORMANCE REDUCESOPERATOR VISIBILITY IN INCLEMENT WEATHER AND COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:	MODIFY THE MOUNTING OF THE WINDSHIELD WIPER HARDWARE AND REPLACE THE PASSENGER SIDE PIVOT ARM.
