Consequence Summary:	COOLING FAN COULD BE DISLODGED, DAMAGING RADIATOR AND FAN GUIDE; AND FAN COULD BREAK LOOSE, FLY OUT OF ENGINE COMPARTMENT, AND INJURE PERSONS IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY.
