Consequence Summary:	DETENT RAIL WOULD BECOME FREE RESULTING IN PARKING BRAKECONTROL HANDLE JAMMING AND NOT RELEASING OR ENGAGING THE PARKING BRAKE.
Corrective Summary:	REPLACE SUSPECT VALVE WITH IMPROVED VALVE.
