Consequence Summary:	IN THE EVENT OF A PRIMARY BRAKE CIRCUIT FAILURE, THETRUCK WOULD BE UNABLE TO USE AUXILIARY BRAKING TO STOP, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AVEHICLE CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	INSTALL HARDWARE TO ENSURE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM WORKS INDEPENDENTLY OF THE PRIMARY BRAKE SYSTEM.
