Consequence Summary:	DRIVER WOULD NOT BE AWARE THAT TURN SIGNAL LAMP IS NOTFLASHING. OTHER DRIVERS WOULD NOT BE WARNED WHEN THE MOTORCYCLE WAS CHANGINGLANES OR MAKING A TURN, AND COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
