Consequence Summary:	LOSS OF GOVERNED SPEED AND THROTTLE CONTROL WITHOUT PRIORNOTICE CAN RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:	REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP.
