Consequence Summary:	WHEN THE REAR BRAKES ARE APPLIED UNEXPECTEDLY WITH THEVEHICLE IN MOTION, STANDING PASSENGERS IN THE BUS ARE EXPOSED TO INCREASE RISKOF INJURY BECAUSE OF THE SUDDEN STOP.
