Consequence Summary:	IF THE THROTTLE SPRING BREAKS, THE ENGINE WILL RETURN TO IDLE SPEED, WHICH MAY CAUSE A HIGHWAY HAZARD AND RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	INSTALL THROTTLE RETURN SPRINGS WITH LARGER HOOKS.
