Defect Summary:	THE LPG IRON MANIFOLD SYSTEM WAS NOT BONDED TO THE CHASSIS GROUND. THIS CAN CREATE THE POTENTIAL FOR ELECTRICAL ARCING BETWEEN THE CHASSIS FRAME AND THE LPG IRON MANIFOLD SYSTEM.
Consequence Summary:	IF ELECTRICAL ARCING OCCURS AND LPG VAPOR IS PRESENT, THELPG VAPOR COULD BE IGNITED AND START A FIRE.
Corrective Summary:	INSTALL A GROUNDING STRAP BETWEEN THE LPG IRON MANIFOLD SYSTEM AND THE CHASSIS FRAME.
