Consequence Summary:	WITH A BROKEN BRACKET WELD, THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR THE LIFTGATE BRACKET TO GRADUALLY BEND INWARD ALLOWING THE LIFT CYLINDERBALL STUD TO DISENGAGE.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL INSTALL REINFORCEMENT BRACKETS.
