Defect Summary:	THE INNER WHEEL BEARING CONES WERE MISSING FROM THE WHEEL ASSEMBLIES. MISSING INNER BEARING CONES CAN CAUSE OIL SEAL DETERIORATION OR CAUSE OVERHEATED BRAKES BECAUSE THE BRAKE DRUM COULD REST ON THE BRAKE LINING.
Consequence Summary:	OVERHEATED BRAKES RESULT IN INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCES,AND DETERIORATED OIL SEALS CAN RESULT IN SEIZED BEARINGS AND WHEEL FAILURES.INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCE OR SEIZED BEARING AND WHEEL FAILURE CAN RESULT IN ANACCIDENT.
