Consequence Summary:	CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: DURING ILLUMINATION, THE BULBS WILL SHOW CLEAR RATHER THAN AMBER AND COULD MOMENTARILY CONFUSE OTHER DRIVERS.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE CLEAR BULBS WITH THE CORRECT AMBER BULBS.
