Consequence Summary:	INADEQUATE TORQUE ON THE BOLTS ALLOWS THE PITMAN ARMTO SLIP ON THE STEERING GEAR OUTPUT SHAFT WHICH RESULTS IN LOSS OF VEHICLECONTROL.
Corrective Summary:	APPLY CORRECT TORQUE TO INADEQUATELY TORQUED PINCH BOLTS.
