Consequence Summary:	IF THIS OCCURS, AND THE WINDSHIELD BECOMES FOGGED, ITWILL IMPAIR THE DRIVER'S VISION OF THE ROAD AND TRAFFIC, WHICH MAY CAUSE ANACCIDENT.
