Consequence Summary:	FAILURE OF THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM REDUCES DRIVERVISIBILITY IN INCLEMENT WEATHER WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:	REMOVE AND REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD WIPER LINKAGE WITH A REDESIGNED LINKAGE THAT PROVIDES ADDITIONAL CLEARANCE WITH THE WIPER MOTOR OUTPUT SHAFT.
