Consequence Summary:	IF THE EXISTING FASTENERS FAIL WHILE TOWING A TRAILER,THE TRAILER WOULD SEPARATE FROM THE TRUCK AND CAUSE A VEHICLE CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL INSTALL A BOLT, TWO WASHERS, AND A NUT, ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRAILER HITCH PLATFORM.
