Consequence Summary:	IMPROPER LOCATION OF THE UPPER TORSO RESTRAINT RESULTS IN REDUCED SEAT OCCUPANT PROTECTION IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REINSTALL THE SEAT BUCKLE ANCHOR TO PROPERLY POSITION THE SEAT AND UPPER TORSO RESTRAINTS.
