Consequence Summary:	IF THE FAN BLADE BREAKS WHILE A PERSON WAS WORKING IN THE ENGINE, PERSONAL INJURY COULD OCCUR.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REPLACE THESE FANS WITH FANS WHICH ARE MORE DURABLE.
