LOW TORQUE CAN ALLOW THE ATTACHMENT BOLT TO LOOSEN AND SUBSEQUENTLY FATIGUE AND BREAK. THIS CAN RESULT IN SEPARATION OF THE LEFT-HAND CONTROL ARM FROM THE FRAME INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT. |
