Consequence Summary:	LOSS OF WIPER FUNCTION RESULTS IN REDUCED VISIBILITY FOR THE DRIVER IN INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS AND INCREASES THE RISK OF AN ACCIDENT.
